   My Activities in the Constituency


ACTIVITY IN THE CONSTITUENCY MAY 2007-MAY 2008

I have seen 191 constituents at my regular surgeries and visited 11 schools. I have sent 23,414 letters from my constituency office plus correspondence from London and dealt with in excess of 4,200 e-mails. I have completely revamped my website.

Caseload. With my staff I have dealt with:

77 Immigration cases
111 Health cases
84 Benefit cases

I have hosted visits by 13 parties of students and other groups to Parliament:

I have distributed 24,000 community questionnaires to constituents to a large part of the constituency and received over 2,500 responses

I maintain regular contact with local councillors, officers in the local authorities, Warwickshire Constabulary, Warwickshire College, Warwick and Coventry Universities and with health bodies.

I have maintained my regular surgeries and during this period 181 appointments have been given to constituents. I have visited 11 schools and sent 25,406 letters from my constituency office alone plus correspondence from London and thousands of e-mails.
